I have recently seen your advert for a School Secretary and I would like to apply for this role.

I have had a number of years (say how many if true) experience in a secretarial position and am very interested in working as a school secretary. I understand the importance of education to society and feel that as I am an organised secretary that I could perform well in a school setting.

I have researched the role thoroughly and know that this role involves designing newsletters, typing letters, liaising with catering in terms of writing up menus etc, dealing with monies for school dinners or after school clubs etc. It is a very varied and busy role and this is something I am very interested in.
