Medical Receptionist Cover Letter Example
Dear Sir/Madam,
Application for the role of Medical Receptionist
I would like to apply for the role of Medical receptionist which I have seen advertised in (which publication and when).
I come from a background of reception and customer services and feel that I have excellent experience in dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face and this is combined with strong administration skills.
I am organised, positive, friendly and approachable. I like to deal with people and to help them in any way I can. I have dealt with different switchboards and ways of communicating messages through a company and I am flexible in how I do this and learn new systems and ways of working quickly.
In one of my previous roles I did some temporary work at a hospital so do have some medical knowledge of the jargon patients use and I am happy to learn anything I need to ensure that I can do my role efficiently.
Please find attached my CV which shows my skills and experiences. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
