CV Profile Example for Nursery Nurse
I am an enthusiastic and patient person who has done some work experience in a nursery environment whilst at school and I am now looking to pursue this as my career choice. I enjoy dealing with children of preschool age and helping them to develop and learn in a nursery environment.
I enjoy coming up with new activities for children to do and like to make these enjoyable as well as learning. I am keen to start my qualifications to become a trained nursery nurse and I would do this in my own time where necessary. I am a very organised person who pays great attention to detail. I always ensure that my records and paperwork are kept up to date and I would like to think that I would keep my children’s records and folders in line with regulations and in order to show their parents also.
I have a good understanding of health and safety and how important this is in a nursery environment and I am a trained First Aider and enjoy knowing and understanding these areas of safety. I am flexible in my working week and also what age of children I care for from babies up to leaving for school. I have gained good communication skills and feel that I am able to communicate well with both adults and children and adapt my approach as required.
