A jobs fair will take place in Meadowhall in Sheffield between 25 and 27 September to help people find full-time and part-time work and find information on various career, education and training options in the local area.
The event, sponsored by The Source Skills Academy, will also be attended by Job Centre Plus and will offer a number of opportunities as well as providing advice and guidance on applying for jobs and securing interviews and employment.
The Source Skills Academy provides a range of training courses for the retail and customer service sectors and has a wide range of contacts in businesses in the local area. The organisation also has information on a number of apprenticeship opportunities.
JobCentre Plus will also be on hand to talk through available jobs with visitors and advise on the best way to apply for work with a number of employers.
People in Sheffield are being encouraged to visit the free event, located in the Meadowhall Management Suite, to chat with the friendly advisors available. The fair’s attendees will be happy to discuss training, skills development and apprenticeships opportunities and put job seekers on the right path to their chosen career.
