It can be very frustrating when employers do not respond to applicants. Why is this as it is always good to know that your application has been received, whether it has been accepted or rejected and the reason why, if it has been rejected?
Sometimes this can just be because they have not received the application form but often it is just because they get too many applications to be able to personally respond to each one.
