Last updated : 16 February 2011
There are always a reason to why you can’t get a job! Its important not to give up, don’t be desperate and don’t run our of cash! These are the keys to success.
of course the problems can’t be always you but our topic is about the problems that might be about you.
Have been sacked from a previous job (or even have a criminal record)
Be presenting yourself badly (CV, application forms or interview)
Have little or no experience (e.g. a school-leaver)
Not have (relevant) qualifications
Be skilled in a job which is no longer in demand
Not be ‘getting out there’ enough
Live in a part of the country which has high unemployment
Be applying for the wrong type of jobs
good luck.
Thank you for your tips here. I’ve been seeking for jobs for months now since my graduation last December and still have not hearing from the companies. I knew that I am lack of experience but everyone will have their first time and I wonder if I am applying for the right position. I did check their requirements and I think they are okay to accept applications from fresh graduates.
