What Was Your First Job and What Did You Learn From It?

After planning for a career change, I suddenly thought of my first job experience. I was just after high school and I worked as a beauty products promoter. I remember how it felt to approach customer and to get my first sales. I remember how excited I used to be when it comes to work. I was willing to spend long hours for work and I was really happy working with people back then. I knew that my supervisor was keeping me long hours and took advantage of my hard work and yet I was still happy to work. I was really happy to see my result although I did not get credit from it. I wonder why do I feel that way. Should I really expect less in order to be happy with my work?
