What does catering work entail?

Oh this is a tricky one to answer as it really depends on what exactly you want to do within the catering industry.

For example, the obvious ones are chefs of all varieties – so working in a restuarant kitchen, being in charge of certain dishes etc or running your own place if you get that far as the chef
However, there are many different things in the catering industry, for example there are the deliveries of the stock, so you could be driving refrigerated vehicles.  There are the waiter and waiteresses involved in the catering industry.  There are so many different paths you would need to focus a bit on an area for more in depth information
