What Checks employers can make on job applicants
Right to work in the UK
Employers must check that job applicants are allowed to work in the UK before employ them.
Criminal record checks
Employers can only check job applicants criminal record if they apply for certain roles like working with children and healthcare.

Health Checks
Employers can only ask health checks on successful candidates.
