What are good paying jobs in the animal industry?

The better paid jobs in the animal industry would be those that require the most qualifications such as a vet or zoologist. You would find a veterinary nurse would also be quite well paid. An animal keeper at a zoo, wildlife or safari park would probably be less well paid. A dog groomer could get a good salary if they were self-employed and had a lot of regular customers. You may also do well setting up your own kennels or cattery but if you worked in one you would be lower paid. A dog walker or pet sitter would probably be the lowest paid work, but you could always do it to supplement your income.
