Waitrose will be opening its new supermarket on Alexandra Road, Wimbledon, London on Thursday 28th July – a month ahead of schedule.
The supermarket occupies the premises of the former B&Q store and is creating 150 job vacancies.
Since B&Q departed, the building has undergone a major refurbishment including the removal of the old cladding and tank from the façade, and modifications to the steel fabric of the structure.
