– Why do you want to work for Waitrose?

– Why should we hire you?

– Give some examples of teamwork

– What motivates you?

As for group interview;

You will probably introduced yourself to the other candidates.
You will also try to solve a problem with your group, for example jigsaw!
You will try to sell an item as well with your partner from the group.
