A contemporary bar & deli, designed specifically to fit into the original Undercroft at St Pancras Eurostar, which was built in the 1800s, to house barrels of Burton Beer bought to London from the Midlands by rail.

True to its heritage today, The Undercroft serves a wide selection of beers, wines, champagnes and cocktails alongside a more contemporary collection of food including an exciting range of deli style sandwiches and specials.

The wine list is extensive with an eclectic
mix of new and old world wines perfect to accompany a meal or to be enjoyed on its
own. What could be better for today’s
discerning traveller than a chilled glass of champagne, prior to departure?

The ambience is relaxed and stylish. The efficient, friendly team deliver impressive service and help to ease guests gently into the journey ahead. For those who simply don’t have time to sit, the Undercroft offers a take away service for travellers on the move.
