Has anyone been through the application process for The Co-operative Group? I am seeking advice and tips on the interview process, please could you reply if you have any information? Thanks
Not able to help directly, but good luck and do let us know how you get on. I would say the Co-Op group is great to work for as there are so many strands to their company, and they are owned not by shareholders
As Glenys says, the Co-op has many different areas, which is great for all kinds of people looking to work in many different areas.
If it’s a group interview, they’ll definitely be teamwork activities to do, so be confident and make sure you appear confident working in a team and friendly with other people.
