Are you a Teaching Assistant? Wondering how much does Teaching assistants earn? You can view lots of job vacancies on our job site too.
There is no fixed salary for Teaching Assistants since many factors would affect the pay scales such as experience, location and amount of work teacher does.
Who does determine the salaries for Teachers then? Local Education Authority (LEA) would set different salary for each.
If you are a full time teaching assistant then your salary would be around £16,500 – £23,000.
