– Assist the management team to plan and carry out regular staff training sessions and new starter inductions
– Ensure company standards regarding hygiene, grooming and appearance are maintained
– Compile daily plan for lunches, breaks, registers and fitting room cover
– React to the changing requirements of the business through the day
– In conjunction with the management team and HR manager monitor staff attendance and time keeping
– Liase with management team for overtime planning and collation of staff hours for completion payroll
– Provide full induction and training for retail operatives and others as necessary
