Should I attach my photo to an online application form?
There are circumstances when a photo may be appropriate – within the fashion industry or if you are to be ‘the face of the company’ however employers are on very shaky ground if they are selecting employees based on their appearance and would usually therefore prefer not to receive photos with applications. I would say that unless specifically requested do not attach a photo with your application.
No, I would only attach a photo if it’s a requirement of the application form. Most I’ve seen don’t ask for a photo at that stage
I would agree that you should only attach a photo if requested. However, confident you may be about how you look it may just not be seen as the appropriate thing to do.
