Key Roles and Responsibilities:
*Ensure that you are delivering the highest possible level of customer service at all times
*Ensuring that you are fully compliant with the Health and Safety at work act 1974 when carrying out duties.
*Responsible for a safe, secure and correct turnaround of aircraft.
*Ensuring whilst operating Ground service equipment that it is in a safe and correct manner as in compliance with operating procedures.
*To ensure that all aircraft are checked on arrival for any damage before the commencement of the turn round and that any damage found to be reported to your Team Leader.
