With toys, games, gadgets, accessories, personalised gifts, sweets and even some boozy treats in store, let us take the hard work out of buying your loved ones that elusive perfect gift, leaving you to kick back with a cuppa (or a cheeky glass of wine!) and have a nose around at your leisure.
That's the ethos behind the exciting organisation within which we have a temporary opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant.
The key info:
You'll work Monday to Friday office hours until January 2019, covering the busy Christmas period. You'll be paid £8.50 per hour.
What will you be doing?
In order of priority, here are your typical daily jobs:
1. Delivery schedule and board
2. Amazon shipments
3. Updating stock comments
4. Out of stock (OOS) checking – on order
5. Not for sales (NFS) in stock
6. Invoices/credits
7. OOS reporting
8. Admin reviews not on order
9. Product reviews
What will the ideal candidate have?
Above all else, we're looking for a real 'can-do' person, with a great, positive attitude. If you're good at administration and you're a well-organised worker, this could be a fantastic role for you for the next 4-5 months.
