Accordiong to BBC Northen Ireland schools to make about 300 teachers redundant.
In 2010 more than 150 teachers was already lost their jobs.
Trade unions thinks that this only a start, worse hasn’t come yet so there will be more and more job losses.
Teaching assistants also be effected from the situation.
Schools are the authority to be blamed as they do unnecessary cuts on their budgets.
