    one of my cousin got a job at Next so the induction day is next week, what to expect? NEXT induction day thread is here, thank you.

    the thing i learnt that induction day is still paid and won’t be as hard and stressful as we think. and the payments are pay is about £4.80 p/h for under 18s and £5.80 for over 18s for sale work i think.
