I thought it would be a good idea to start a new thread where people can post about their experiences with Lloyds TSB Banking Group Assessment Centre. If you have applied for this, can you please tell us about your experiences and share the interview process?
This is a great idea for the thread. I can’t help personally, but think that it is great to let others share their experiences from previous years.
I, too, have never had an interview with Lloyds TSB, but I expect you would first of all start with some kind of group interview (I know this is very typical when applying for banking jobs). They will obviously also want to test your basic Mathematics skills, so it’s very likely you may get some sort of logic/Maths test as well.
