Here are possible Lidl interview questions:
– What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them?
– What do people most often criticize about you?
– Describe a difficult work situation / project and how you overcame it
– What can you do for Lidl?
– Tell me about yourself
– How do you evaluate success?
– Why should we hire you?
– Why Lidl?
– What do you know about Lidl?
Try and answer above interview questions for yourself too as well as reading our answers for you.
Have you had an interview with Lidl? Can you please post your experiences to this thread?
Lidl are another company who usually use a group interview to narrow down the applicants. Your not really going to be asked many “normal” interview questions in this stage, its all about showing the employer you can work well as a team. Usually the outcome of the task they set you, doesn’t matter. So if it all goes horribly wrong, dont worry! Just be yourself and try to come across as a fab employee and you will be fine
Lidl is very good company to work! they will probably ask “why do you want to work for Lidl?”.
Most companies tend to ask very similar questions, so again I would make sure you are prepared, do your research on the company you are interviewing for, and if possible have at least one or two questions you could ask (maybe ask why the company is called Lidl (in this case as we are doing a Lidl interview))
Lidl do seem to be opening a lot of stores around the UK so there should be chances to work for them
Lidl is becoming increasingly popular around the UK, and it might be worth checking out their website every now and then to see if there are any vacancies near you.
Like most supermarkets and superstores, you can expect a group interview at first, but don’t let this put you off. Focus on trying to stand out among the other applicants, and you’ll be in with a chance of being shortlisted and invited back for another interview.
