What to wear for a John Lewis interview? What type of interview should we expect?

First of all lets see what others would wear for a John Lewis interview!

A white shirt with a dark coloured skirt (not short) or pair of trousers and your blazer will be ok. If your hair is past shoulder length then tie it back in a ponytail or bun. Wear flat shoes or ones with a low heel and minimal make up and jewelry.

You should really expect a group interview in a assessment centre so focus on team related tests.

A group iinterview would involve:

– Everybody would introduce himself / herself to the group members.

– You would tell about yoruself to the members of your group.

– You may play games such as building a house with legos or try to complete the puzzle with a jigsaw.

What they are really looking is  team building and how you react with others. Be active and don’t be shy! Don’t forget to talk while building or playing with others.
