30 new jobs will be created by business software company Maven Solutions over the next year after a buy out by succesfull IT consultancy Edenhouse Solutions .
Maven currently employs 12 workers at its Hyde based HQ and supplies more than 100 customers including Manchester United and Umbro.
The company will now be rebranded under the Edenhouse banner which according to Maven Solutions managing director Mark Stringer, is “synonymous with showing excellence.”
Edenhouse, based at Coleshill Warwickshire, currently employs 80 staff and supplies high profile customers including Volkswagen, Halfords and GKN Aerospace.
The firm has expanded from initially employing 12 staff to the current figure over the past four years.
The firm said it plans to expand the newly acquired Hyde office, giving the SAP (Systems, Applications, Products) consultancy a presence in the north west for the first time.
Mr Stringer expressed his approval for the recent acquisition adding;
“I am delighted that Maven’s customers will be able to take advantage of the extended resources and expertise now available to them.”
