That booklet you have – write at least 4 things in it per week….I’m not condoning this/encouraging this but you can actually make it up and they never check/would never know.
Eg. ‘Monday: check jobcenter website’
‘Tuesday: Looked in Local newspaper’
‘Wednesday: Looked on Gumtree, phoned an employer, enquired’etc.
