I am applying for jobs at the moment but my CV is lacking of qualifications and experience. What would you recommend me to do? How can i improve my CV to get some jobs?
The best advice I can give is, go out and get some experience! Charities across the country recruit and rely on huge teams of volunteers to run with minimal cost. Consider applying for volunteer work. I volunteer for my local hospice and as well as gaining experience of working in a healthcare environment, I have also improved my skills in teamwork, health and safety, and communication. Many volunteer-based organisations run a range of mandatory and optional training so you can do as little or as much as you want. Take full advantage of this and maybe you could get yourself the qualifications you lack. Also browse online for free or cheap accreditations. Good luck!
Try and take up some voluntary work, even if it's only once a week. That'll build your experience. Not having qualifications doesn't have to be a put off as long as you can show the employer you're willing to work hard.

I guess you could write about the things you are good at.
Hi dear! If you have lack of qualifications, you can add wide description of your soft and hard skills and also you should include in your CV all the information about your volunteering, internship or trainee experience. That will be a plus!
I believe that a powerful CV is your only chance to make a great impression on recruiters. Even if you don’t have enough qualifications, you should focus on transferable skills that you have (such as leadership and communication skills, ability to make quick decisions or solve any kinds of problems, etc.). If you have volunteering experience, internships, were in a summary school or took part in some educational program, add all of these to your CV and show how proactive and skillful you are. Also, include personal qualities which make you a good match for this position. The most important part, however, is to be confident and have a faith in your success. I you het a rejection, don’t get upset but keep looking.
