Hey guys, i’ve just completed the online tests for the HSBC Executive Management Graduate Programme 2013, so I shall be expecting to get a phone call soon regarding my phone interview. Does anyone know the sort of questions they may ask? Any information about the interview process will help me alot, thanks.

I have no idea i’m afraid, not being a graduate (I didn’t do A levels, and was one of the last through the old CSE/O’level system lol) but I wanted to wish you all the best, and wondered if you had heard yet
I can’t speak personally about the interview as I must admit I’ve never had one, or even applied for this programme. However, I do know that with graduate programmes, your qualifications are very important, so make sure you let them know how good your qualifications are!
To anyone thinking about this who hasn’t completed their exams yet until the summer, then all I can say is work very hard! Getting good grades sets you above the rest, which is what graduate programmes are looking for these days.
