Last updated : 12 May 2011
So you have a new job now and its time to say bye to your co-workers. First you should give two weeks notice to your employer and get ready for quitting..
How will you say bye?
Experts recommend you to let your boss knows the situation first via a 2 weeks notice and then you can find the best way of resigning from your job.
Farewell message should include:
Dear Name,
I’d like to let you know that I am leaving my position at KDR.
I have enjoyed my tenure at KDR and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for the support and encouragement you have provided me during my time at KDR.
Even though I will miss my colleagues, clients, and the company, I am looking forward to starting a new phase of my career.
Please keep in touch. I can be reached at my personal email address ([email protected]) or via the number of my mobile 21244564879.
Thanks again. It’s been a pleasure working with you.
Best Regards,
Your Full Name
