Its important to get a promotion at work. There are lots of benefits of getting a promotion such as;
your wage will increase, your position will be higher, you will be in management team …
What to do?
You must be a team player!
Be at work all the time! try not to miss the work.
Education is important! your company will probably offer you this if you are a valueable employee..
Be social! don’t forget to attend company parties and meetings. Manager would like to promote a worker if they know him / her well.
Application process! don’t be too lazy about your application just becuase you are already employee in the company! your manager might want to employ external candidates
Talk to your boss! let your boss know about your plans to take an interview for a higher position at work.

Ace the Promotion Interview When you are being considered for a promotion or applies for a new job within the company, you may be required to interview for the position.
Thank you notes! sending a thank you letter or email can be a key for your promotion.
If everything goes well don’t forget to say goodbye to your co-workers.
