How often do you update your CV? Do you update your CV every time you change your job? every time you add a skill, language? etc?
How often do you update your CV?

To put it quite simply, you should update it every time there is something new to add. Certainly every time you want to apply for a new job you need to change it to make sure that everything you’ve done since your last job is listed. It can sometimes slip your mind if you’re in a long term job. I keep my CV on my desktop so that I jot down anything that needs to be added. It’s much easier that way.
