How do you manage your relationship with your PI?

For those who experienced enough in the corporate world, they might be agree with my opinion about how important networking is in order to bring up your career to the top. How do you manage your relationship with the people you are working with especially your PI? Here are some of mine. First, get to know about their expectation from you.
