How can I take the time off for interviews if I am still having a job?

I am trying to scout for better opportunities to improve my career position and to earn more. Since I am a permanent worker now, I do not want to take leave for the sake of having interviews. I don’t want my company to think that I am disloyal to them. How can I take the time off for interviews? What should I tell my company?
