You can apply for roles online through their website and for some roles you may have to do a test first and wait quite a while for the results especially if there is not a current opening at that exact time.
They have a very structured recruitment process with a non technical interview usually with a HR Manager where they can ask up to 70 questions and it will take approx 75 minutes, followed by a written test which includes aptitude and verbal abilities and then their own aptitude test which includes questions and puzzles.
Having a thorough recruitment process is a good thing, it ensures that they are correct in the people that they take on board meaning that if you make the grade the chances are that you will have a long and successful career.
