15 new jobs are set to be created by facilities management company Groundlevel after the company recently won significant new business from a key customer.
Warrington based Groundlevel will boost their workforce due to a securing a “significant” business deal with a key customer.
The company successfully secured the deal but was forced to secure extra funding from Barclays in order to secure it as cash resources were tight.
Groundlevel, which has been established since 1997 and was originally a landscaping and grounds maintenance business, currently employs 70 staff.
Since 1997 the company has expanded to offer facilities management services at schools, offices, apartment blocks, offices, business parks and other commercial premises.
Groundlevel founder and managing director Lewis Nunn praised Barclays for their support claiming they had been “steadfast” and adding that the bank had given Grounlevel the opportunity to expand.
He said;
Barclays has given us the opportunity to introduce new capital so we are now in a position to expand our workforce by 25 per cent and grow the business in 2012-13 and beyond.”
