My question is about final stage interview. I have a final stage interview in account management for a web analytics company it’s just me and one other person. The feedback from first stage interview was that I had a great personality and would fit into the team and they really liked me but there only concern was my organisational skills. How can I prove to them during the final interview that my organisational skills are good.
Probably far too late for any use but
Things you can try to show you are organised. Think of examples of when you need to be organised. Mention writing things down in a diary (get one!), setting reminders on your phone etc. Its all down to how you can show them you are trying to be more organised. Think of something (say a Dr’s appointment) and say how you would ensure you wouldnt forget about it (again, calendar, diary, post it notes on pc etc) this shows them how you are trying
