Last updated : 31 August 2014
If an interviewer says ‘we’ll call you’ it can be seen as a sign by some that they did not get the job. However, it is worth remembering that everyone is different and what they say cannot always be interpreted in the same way. They could be calling everyone or it might be something they just say to bring the interview to a close or they could just be being polite.
It is important to try to remain positive right until you leave the building after the interview and beyond if you can. This will give a better impression and so try not to read things in to what is said without being completely sure.
What experience have others had of this being said to them and did you get the job?
