Do I have to declare my disability on the application form?
If you have a disability which will affect the work that you may be asked to do then you should state it on your application form. You should also advise the employer if you will need any special consideration for the interview, for example if you will need the interview location to be wheelchair accessible.
Yes is the short answer
Some may think this means you will be discounted but dont think like that, could be you are the best candidate and they need to know in advance what sort of adjustments they would need to make
