Last updated : 4 March 2019
Debenhams is a very popular department store in the UK. The company employs thousands of people across the country and many more are applying for a job at Debenhams.
One of the most obvious reasons to be at Debenhams as an employee is the paid holidays. This is also available for part-time employees, and you can buy or sell up to 1 week’s worth of holiday time if you need to. Another benefit about holidays is that employees can get one “floating day†on top of their actual holiday time to be used around the Christmas season.
The hours worked at Debenhams are an exceptional balance of work and personal life, depending on your actual role at the company. They might be able to offer a job sharing contract, or four day work weeks. If you are interested in Debenhams then more than likely you are a savvy shopper. The discounts offered to employees are amazing. You can have discounts on merchandise, as well as financial services, such as travel and home insurance. You might also be given discounts with companies connected to Debenhams, as well as restaurants and theatres.
