Credit Controller Salary and pay. What salary can I expect from a Credit Controller job? Credit Controller responsibilities:
• To ensure that overdue debts are chased promptly by either phone or letter.
• To achieve cash collection targets.
• Database management. Updating customer information as necessary.
• To assist the cashier in allocation & posting of cash as necessary, in order for weekly reports to be run on time.
• To process & monitor customer queries. Update customer notepad system.
• To liaise with other departments on credit stopped accounts.
Credit Controller salary:
An average salary for a Credit Controller job is between £15000 – £21000 per annum.
