You will apply for a job and they want you to write two professional references, probably from your previous employer or manager.
They will also ask you to provide two character referees.
My question is do I need to include my character referees addresses and phone numbers, do they need to provide written references?
post your answer pls
You need to include names, job titles, company names, address, telephone number or emails. Of course, you can also include letters of commendation, print out of emails or some selected remarks in an appraisal. This practice will put you ahead of the other potential candidates. 😉
Professionally written reference page in your CV would make soon-to-be employer happier as you are making their job faster and easier. This is what I’ve learnt in the past and what O currently have in my current CV as I am seeking for a change in my career now. Hope it’s helping.
I disagree somewhat. I do not have my referees addresses or contact information on my CV, simply their name, and the phrase ‘contact details available on request’. I used to work as an interviewer, and once had someone supply details for four referees and several character statements. Immediately this came across to us as someone who was ‘full of themselves’, and they were declined an interview.
