Carr’s Flour Mill at Silloth Cuts down 6 Employees to Compensate Losses
Carr’s Flour Mill in Silloth has taken a new decision regarding maintaining its work staff. It has closed jobs for its 6 employees. These workmen are being expected to leave Carr’s Flour Mill at Silloth Cumbria by end of this month.
The management group of the organization took this decision of cutting job vacancies due to introduction of automatic packing system. Any company will certain think once when it gets a chance to save bucks through a work machine.
Flour industry has undergone much change and processing of flour products are being done by automated machines. Due to rising prices of wheat Carr has lost a part of 22% profit from its usual share. For this reason it is trying to get compensated by cutting off some employees.
