Provide strong analytical insight that influences development of the business model, Have a robust model across range planning and stock management to enable us to add additional ranges quickly and trade them profitably.
Ensure the business model is translated into the new ways of working for Commercial and Direct teams and all stakeholders understand and buy into it, Successfully implement the new ways of working
Ensure all our processes that can be automated are automated and our people are focused on value added activities for customers, Ensure the processes are lean and efficient and the tools are robust
Contribute to driving continuous improvement to processes to ensure we always find ways to do our work better, simpler and cheaper
Candidate Specification:
The successful individual will have an understanding of Commercial in a Non Food Retail environment.
You will have extensive analytical experience and the ability to present complex problems simply.
You will have experience in scoping and developing tools that underpin the business model and processes and an understanding of the As Is process and scoping out To Be processes.
