hi guys,
does anyone know anything about b&q interviews? what’s the process? what they ask? is it a group interview? will i have a telephone interview too?
help pls!
i had an interview with b&q 2 years ago amd im sure everything is pretty same!
we had a group interview and i think they do that when they have more candidates than 5-6 (this is only my opinion).
just like any other group interview you will do some tasks and interviewer will watch you!
and if they think you did well then you will also have a one to one interview.
they will ask you typical interview questions and let known about salary, hours etc.
Most companies do use a group interview, as part of the interview process. Especially now when they have so many applicants applying for the role. I highly doubt you will be asked for a phone interview, those are usually only for customer service roles, admin roles, anything involving being on a phone for the majority of your job role.
Here are interview questions and possible answers for B&Q:
– Why do you want to work for b&q?
– Tell me about yourself
– Give some examples of teamwork
– Why poundland?
– What do you know about b&q?
– Why should we hire you? why do you think we should employ you?
– What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them?
– What applicable attributes / experience do you have?
– What can you do for this company?
good luck!
