Last updated : 8 November 2012
Global financial advisors PricewaterhouseCooper is to hire up to 150 new staff over the next year.
The Northern Ireland branch of the company, already the region’s largest graduate recruiter, said that positions range from school-leaver opportunities and graduate opportunities in consulting, tax and accountancy to experienced vacancies in technology consulting.
Last year the company, with support from Invest Northern Ireland, announced the opening of three centres of excellence at its Waterfront Plaza headquarters in Belfast which will ultimately create 247 high quality jobs providing consulting expertise to PwC clients worldwide.
The company said that it is keen to attract experienced staff, particularly to the technology centre, where there are already over 100 consultants providing technology solutions to clients worldwide. While export markets are offering significant growth opportunities, the firm remains firmly rooted in Northern Ireland.
A number of open evenings and events are planned in the Belfast office to provide information about vacancies, opportunities and the various roles on offer and the next event is on November 15 from 6pm to 8pm for any undergraduates or graduates interested in opportunities within the centres of excellence.
The recruitment programmes for graduates, undergraduates and school-leavers are currently advertised on the PwC Careers website.
