Bank Manager Salary – How much salary can I expect from a Bank Manager job? What are the average pay rates?
Your role as a bank manager is an extremely important one. You would need to oversee the branch you work in, oversee the team and meet targets and increase sales for financial products and banking services. For this role, you need to have excellent communication and excellent people skills. You could be working with a team of anything between 2 and 30 and would need to ensure you can communicate with them all about their role, the banking vision and new regulations and rulings. You will need to be able to lead your team, motivate them to achieve targets and generally keep them up to date on all financial products and banking knowledge. Your role could also include preparing budgets, reports, business plans, organising all the staff’s banking training and compulsory courses such as fraud and money laundering.
You can work your way up through a bank from a banking customer service advisor role. Banks are normally very good at training and promoting from within. There are graduate management training schemes you could apply for although some banks may only require A levels.
Starting salary: £18,000 – £24,000
Experienced salary: £26,000 – £40,000
Senior salary: £40,000 – £60,000
You can earn more with commission from sales of financial products and services.

A payment is good 🙂 :):)
That’s about what I expected. I did think to start with, a manager might get slightly more than that, but then again, the top end is around what a teacher earns, so I guess it’s probably about right.
