Data Entry Clerk Interview Questions
A data entry clerk is required to be able to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high, if not perfect, degree of accuracy. At times, tasking can be monotonous as high volumes of data will often need to be input into a required format or spreadsheet. I would say you will be likely to have some type of assessments. As you will be adding data, they want to make sure you are accurate, and not too slow. Speed isnt as important as accuracy, but obviously if you can type fast or even touch type, this should put you at an advantage

Data entry can be repetitive and uninteresting, but it requires patience, skill and focus.
It is very important to be able to work in an organized, accurate fashion, but typing skills are also a plus. You may be given a small test to see how good you are at typing and data entry and also using computers, so make sure you understand what you’re doing for the interview. There may be training available for certain things you may not know about, or certain things specific to that company, so don’t worry too much if you are unable to do everything.
