Work History
January 2010 – Present
IT Sales Person, Bell Computers, London
Working for this large global brand as a IT Sales Person it was my job to sell high end computers to small to medium businesses. I had to liaise with the buyers in the business to ensure that the computers that I was recommending would be suitable for the business’s needs. I would then try and match the hardware with peripherals such as printers, tablets and memory cards. I would then process the customer’s payment or pass them to the credit department in order to process them for finance.
January 2008- January 2010
IT Sales Person, Kevin’s Software Emporium, London.
As a IT Sales Person in this large high street software company it was my job to take orders for bespoke and off the shelf software’s to meet our client’s needs. I would have to take a brief from the client to see if there is already a suitable software available to meet their needs and if not then I would take details to see what they would require from a software and send this to our development department to see if they could create such a program.
January 2007 – January 2008
IT Sales Person, PC Planet, London
Working for this large PC retailer on the high street it was my job to advise members of the public on what computer equipment they required for home use. Stock was rotated almost weekly so it was important to stay abreast of the latest systems.
