Work History |
January 2010 – PresentGraphic Designer, Viewprint, London
My position as Graphic Designer at Viewprint saw me designing business cards and logos for new and old companies alike. A customer could contact me with a brief idea of what they wanted and leave me to come up with some ideas. I really loved the flexibility and creative freedom afforded to me. I would liaise with the client until they were happy with the finished design.
January 2008- January 2010 Graphic Designer, Peters Packaging Productions, London Working as a Graphic Designer for Peters Packaging was a very versatile position in which I would have to take a newly made product, and design its packaging. More than just its brand image and logos etc., I would also have to decide upon the form and function of the packaging. I would work alongside the clients manufacturing plants to ensure that the packaging was suitable for the product and the client direct for the marketing designs.
January 2006 – January 2008 Graphic Designer, Crazy Canvases, London Working at this customer led canvas store saw me taking peoples treasured memories and transferring them to canvases of their choice. Often I would have to retouch or tweak the images, or sometimes I would be asked for affects or text to be added. I also had some experience of restoration of an older image in order to be able to transfer it to a canvas. |
